EDEN PRAIRIE, MN -- 3M subsidiary HighJump Software has announced the acquisition of Global Beverage Group software company for an undisclosed sum. Both companies provide software applications to track and optimize the delivery of foods and beverages to retail stores. HighJump stated that the acquisition was complementary to its existing offerings.
